Coordinated Entry Program Manager

The Position:

St. Patrick Center, a ministry of Catholic Charities is hiring a Coordinated Entry Program Manager. This position provides supervision and training for coordinated entry. The Coordinated Entry Program Manager will also complete intakes and assessments to individuals experiencing or at risk of homelessness. Serve as an integral member of the housing-focused service team. This position works Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM. The salary range is between $55,000 and $65,000.
