Director of Workforce Development

The Position:
St. Patrick Center is hiring a Director of Workforce Development (WFD). This position will monitor all WFD programs to ensure program contract goals are met. The director will train all new WFD program staff, oversee the typical daily work of team to ensure documentation and verification requirements are followed, assessments are accurate, homeless verification is provided, employment placements are achieved as well as client follow up with those who are employed. This position is responsible for the oversight of all WFD contracts, and assists in the completion of reports, and works with team members to coordinate case management services. The core working hours of this position is Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM. The salary range is between $62,000 and $72,000. Please see full job description for additional details.
