EHR Project Manager

The Mission of Catholic Charities of St. Louis is to bring the healing, help, and hope of Jesus Christ to those in need with a compassionate, caring presence.

The EHR Project Manager is a centralized position that will oversee multiple EHR systems, across Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of St. Louis. The project manager will develop and lead a team of coworkers who are responsible for configuring and implementing changes to EHR systems, developing reports, training materials and user guides, training coworkers on system functions, and troubleshooting as issues arise to ensure the needs of each ministry are met through the system. This role will configure the EHR systems based on workflow enhancements, improvement efforts, and new requirements, in collaboration with internal teams and in alignment with ministry grants and contracts.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business, Healthcare, or related field or equivalent experience required. Minimum of 2 years supporting an EHR system and experience creating written technical and end user support documentation is preferred.
