Employee Relations Specialist

The Position:
The Employee Relations Specialist reports to the Senior Director of Human Resources. In conjunction with Catholic Charities of St. Louis and Archdiocese of St. Louis, the incumbent serves as a HR subject matter expert on St. Patrick Center's HR team. The individual will serve as the main point of contact for day-to-day questions and support associated with the interpretation, administration and compliance of HR-related policies, practices and cases spanning the employment lifecycle. This position is responsible for the development and administration of the employee relations program, affirmative action program and employee advocacy. The salary range is $63,000 to $73,000.
