Employment Specialist - VETS

The Position:
St. Patrick Center is hiring an Employment Specialist to join the Veteran Employment and Training Service (VETS) program. The specialist will collaborate with homeless Veterans from the Bi-State (MO & IL) area, placing eligible clients into stable employment and housing. The areas that this position covers are St. Louis City and St. Louis Counties in MO, as well as St. Clair County in IL. The Employment Specialist will utilize best practices to assess the basic needs of each client, make referrals as deemed appropriate, work to employ and monitor the employment progress and retention of each client. This position requires travel with mileage reimbursement. This position works Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM. The salary range is between $40,000-$50,000.
