Floating Case Manager

The Position:
St. Patrick Center is hiring a Floating Case Manager. We are looking for candidates with exceptional interpersonal skills for the case manager position. The Floating Case Manager is responsible for providing direct client service on a temporary basis during times of vacancy within any agency program, assists clients with financial stability, and will make in-home visits, among other duties. Moreover, the Floating Case Manager will need to have extensive knowledge of case management and experience working with the unhoused population. This position works Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM.
