Housing Navigator Part Time

The Position:
St. Patrick Center is hiring a part time Housing Navigator. We are looking for candidates with exceptional interpersonal skills to join our Housing Department team. The Housing Navigator will provide housing-focused navigation services to new and existing program clients, follow the Housing First model and provide brief housing-crisis and solution-focused interventions, among other duties. Moreover, the Housing Navigator will conduct home visits, aim to expedite housing placement by collaborating with internal and external resources, model appropriate housing search tasks and communication, and assist clients in obtaining/increasing income, as well as directly impacting and reducing gaps in services by providing quality housing-focused, wrap-around services.
