Housing Specialist

The Position:
The Housing Placement Specialist works with St. Vincent de Paul volunteers, or Vincentians, to identify housing needs and preferences for individuals and families experiencing homelessness or at imminent risk of homelessness. The Housing Placement Specialist develops a plan of action for housing placement, secures permanent housing within 60 days of program entry and engages clients by establishing trusting collaborative relationships directed toward achieving client goals. This role also requires establishing and maintaining professional relationships with property owners and property managers that are referred to clients for housing and completes all required documentation in a timely manner. This position works Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM. The salary range is between $35,000-$45,000. Please see full job description for additional details.
