Lead Evening Case Manager - Rosati

The Position:
St. Patrick Center is hiring a Lead Evening Case Manager at Rosati Place. The Lead Evening Case Manager will assist in implementing the daily direct care of all clients in compliance with treatment and program goals for Rosati Place. The lead case manager will oversee the evening needs of Rosati Place, handle crisis needs, case management support to clients and engagement staff, while assisting with on call Rosati staffing vacancies as applicable. This position works evenings Friday through Thursday. The salary range is between $40,000 and $50,000. Please see full job description for additional details.
