Life Skills Case Manager - Rosati

The Position:
St. Patrick Center is hiring a Life Skills Case Manager at Rosati Place. The case manager is responsible for assisting and teaching clients average daily living skills. The case manager will teach and coach clients on performing daily living tasks and assist other team members with case management duties. Weekly responsibilities will include teaching life skills, financial literacy, cooking classes, providing case management and other clinical wrap around services. This position works Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM. The salary range is between $37,000 and $47,000. Please see full job description for additional details.
