Manager of Hospital to Healthy Housing

The Position:
St. Patrick Center is hiring a Manager of Hospital to Healthy Housing (H2HH). The Manager of H2HH is responsible for managing all grant related activities, managing H2HH staff, maintain partnerships with funders and community liaisons. The manager will maintain relationships with 3 major hospital partners and oversee all housing related components of the program and advocate on behalf of clients admitted into the program. The core working hours for this position is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM. The salary range is between $55,000-$65,000. Please see full job description for additional details.
