Mental Health Specialist - ACT

The Position:
St. Patrick Center is hiring a Mental Health Specialist due to join the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Program. The specialist will provide treatment, rehabilitation, advocacy and case management services to program clients with serious persistent mental illnesses and co-occurring substance use disorders, provide person centered direct clinical services to clients on individual and group basis in office and in community settings, among other duties. Moreover, the Mental Health Specialist will act as advocate and liaison, consulting with community agencies and program clients to maintain coordination in the treatment process and have the required certification of Qualified Mental Health Professional.
