Rural Counties Coordinator - SSVF

The Position:
St. Patrick Center is hiring a Rural Counties Coordinator. The rural counties coordinator, working in the Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF) program, will be primarily based out of our Festus, MO location and will be responsible for the oversight of services provided to veterans in Franklin, Jefferson, Lincoln, St. Charles, St. François, Washington, and Warren counties. Specifically, the coordinator would be responsible for having a thorough understanding of the SSVF program guidelines, ability to implement program changes, be involved in the local Continuum of Care and supervise staff that provide direct services to the veterans. The role requires reliable transportation and the expectation is to meet clients in the counties mentioned above on a regular basis. The core working hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM.
