Safe Haven Case Manager

The Position:
St. Patrick Center is hiring a Case Manager for the Safe Haven site as part of the Immediate Support Program. The case manager observes and evaluates the daily traffic of the Safe Haven site. The case manager will ensure the safety of the residents at the site, monitor referrals, complete intakes, and assist in managing any crisis event. The case manager will also participate in an on call schedule to assist in managing any after-hours crisis that may occur. The salary range is between $35,000 and $45,000.
