Safe Haven Lead Engagement Specialist

The Position:
St. Patrick Center is hiring a Lead Engagement Specialist for our comprehensive, low-barrier, 24-hour Safe Haven called Grace House, as part of the Immediate Support Department. The engagement specialist observes and evaluates the daily traffic of the shelter. The engagement specialist will notify the appropriate St. Patrick Center staff of disturbances at Grace House and work to ensure the safety of all individuals entering the safe haven. This role requires the ability to work a flexible schedule and a minimum of 37.5 hours per week. The salary range is between $35,000 and $45,000.
