Senior Floating Case Manager

The Position:
St. Patrick Center is hiring a Senior Floating Case Manager. The Senior Floating Case Manager will serve as part of a team that supports critical needs of clients and programs at St. Patrick Center. This position is responsible for providing direct client service on a temporary basis during times of vacancy within any program as determined by the Program Support Manager, direct services will vary by program. Additionally, the Senior Floating Case Manager will be responsible for assisting the Program Support Manager with on-boarding new Floating Case Managers, training new and/or existing Floating Case Managers and helping to maintain communication and relationships with other programs and departments. Prior case management experience and knowledge of working with unhoused populations are required. This position works Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM. The salary range is between $42,600 and $52,600.
