Substance Use Counselor - ACT

The Position:
St. Patrick Center is hiring two Substance Use Counselors due to our agency expanding and so is our Assertive Community Treatment Program. The counselor will provide treatment, rehabilitation, advocacy and case management services to program clients with severe and persistent mental illnesses and chemical dependency problems, provide consultation for ACT team regarding substance use and addiction, and provide direct clinical services to clients on individual and group basis in office and community settings, among other duties. This position works Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM. The salary range is between $32,000-$42,000. Please see full job description for additional details.
