Substance Use Disorder Case Manager

The Position:
St. Patrick Center is hiring a Substance Use Disorder Case Manager to join our off-site location at Rosati Place. The case manager is responsible for providing substance use counseling, treatment, rehabilitation, advocacy, and case management to program clients with serious mental health diagnoses and chemical dependency issues. The case manager will manage a specific caseload of Rosati Center Intensive Residential program clients as well. This position works Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM.
